WORK on an £8.6 million plan to develop Dunoon’s Queens Hall as part of a wider waterfront improvement scheme is set to get underway in a year’s time – but project bosses admit that a proposal to move the town’s library to an area directly outside the main auditorium has sparked some “debate”.
